Background and Discussion:
The project consists of construction of Treaschwig Road Segment A Phase 1 project consists of reconstruction and widening of Treaschwig Rd. from a 2-lane asphalt to a 4-lane concrete roadway from 1000' west of Aldine Westfield to west of Cypress Creek. Additionally, extend intersection improvements at Aldine Westfield by 500' North and South of Treaschwig Road. Project will construct a wet bottom detention pond adjacent to Cypress Creek.
This change in contracts includes:
PCO #4 (RFI #27) - Extension of Line Item 50 for two additional collars required to overcome a utility conflict and redirect manhole angles. Cost: $4,000.00
PCO #5 (RFI #25) - Additional work required to tie in existing RCP pipe to new proposed manhole. Cost: $6,811.08
