Background and Discussion:
These salary supplements are intended as an incentive for future work and to retain and maintain qualified staff. These incentives are particularly important this year given the ongoing challenges our staff faces due to increased workloads.
Expected Impact:
There will be no fiscal impact to the current court approved general fund budget. Fiscal impact will be to the Harris County Probate Court Support Fund 2161.
