Background and Discussion:
In December 2023, the Office of County Administration awarded Tahirih Justice Center a sub-grant of the Safety and Justice Challenge grant to empowers immigrant survivors of crime to be informed and active in the justice system. The contract expired on March 29, 2024. The attached settlement agreement covers services the Contractor provided under an expired contract from March 30, 2024, through May 3, 2024.
Expected Impact: The service provider will not receive payment for services rendered during the period on the attached invoice without approval of the settlement agreement.
