Background and Discussion:
Harris County Community Services is acquiring, developing, repairing and reconstructing single family homes
which include affordable housing to serve families with Low-to-Moderate Income (LMI). Jeffrey S. Ward &
Associates, Inc. ("JSWA") will provide various real estate services, which include property acquisition and consultant services.
