Background and Discussion:
The project includes the installation of a looped sidewalk and benches within the limits of Rimwood Pocket Park, construction of a bus stop pad, tree plantings, and solar lighting to enhance safety and accessibility. Additional improvements include building a headwall near the bus stop, installing a wooden fence along the Right-of-Way (ROW), and extending the sidewalk to connect the adjacent neighborhood.
PCO -1: Final Adjustment:
This change will allow us to adjust the bid quantities against to work performed by contactor will result in paying the contractor for complete work and deducting the remaining fund in the contract by $4,693.40.
