Background and Discussion:
This will be the 1st renewal on Job No. 240132 with Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. With this renewal the vendor will continue providing skilled personnel, supervision services, materials, equipment, facilities, and other necessary resources for property acquisition services and consulting.
Expected Impact:
Through this contract Harris County will be able to continue providing broker and appraisal services to all Harris County departments, Precincts, and Flood Control District.
