This event being hosted by the Houston Luanda Sister City Association (a nonpartisan 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with established relationship and formal agreement with the City of Houston) and will be part of the Angola Independence Day celebrations, as supported and endorsed by the Consul General of Angola in Houston.
