Background and Discussion:
Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc was awarded the contract to partner with Human Resources and Talent to conduct the Compensation and Pay Equity Project. The scope of the Project will address standardization of position classifications; pay disparities based on race, ethnicity, and gender; assess and standardize incentives and allowances; assess county-wide benefit plan; and develop salary administration guidelines and training for departments.
Expected Impact:
Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc. will present the results and recommendations from the Compensation and Pay Equity Project to Commissioners Court on October 16, 2025. They will also present specific detailed departmental results and recommendations to each department head as part of the implementation process.
