Background and Discussion:
On July 18, 2023, Commissioners Court approved a sole source agreement for software licensing, maintenance and online services master enterprise agreement for products manufactured by Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI). HCUS is requesting approval of the second of two (2) renewal options for the term October 28, 2025 through October 27, 2026.
