Background and Discussion:
Multi-Service Contracts provide monthly mowing and debris removal services for the Mason Creek and Clear Lake watersheds. Contractors maintain these two watersheds based on contract requirements to maintain grass height, respond to citizen service requests, and remove debris promptly. Contractors are required to keep a presence in the sectors and coordinate their activities through a Vegetation Management inspector. The Vegetation Management Inspector verifies that the contractors are fulfilling the contract specifications, and that contractors are paid if all requirements are met.
