Richard Mithoff has dedicated his legal career to fighting for consumers, workers, and families, securing major settlements that have benefited Harris County and its residents. He has also been a generous philanthropist, donating to vulnerable populations, including the Harris Health System. In 2006 the Harris Health System (Harris County Hospital District) honored Richard and Ginni Mithoff's philanthropic endeavors by naming Ben Taub Hospital's world-class trauma center the Ginni and Richard Mithoff Trauma Center.
