Background and Discussion:
The construction contractor will provide services for the pavement surface replacement of SH 249 Tomball Tollway which is due for maintenance in the section that was installed in 2015. The existing surface is an asphalt Permeable Friction Course (PFC) which currently has a 5-8 year-life cycle.
