Background and Discussion:
The total project allocation is now $6,674,552.70. The CDBG-DR allocation is $4,219,552.70 and leverage fund allocation are $2,455,000.00. The additional $219,552.70 is being reallocated from the HCPH-Sheldon Health HUB Project which is a complete and closed project.
Constructing a new healthcare and service facility. Acquiring parcel at 15430 East Freeway, Channelview, Texas and demolishing existing foundation/slab and constructing a facility of approximately 10,500 sq feet, which will include parking spaces, a pad for mobile health and wellness services access and installation of an emergency generator for the facility.
