Background and Discussion:
On August 6, 2024, Harris County Commissioners Court approved the PY2024 Annual Action Plan for Entitlement funds, which included a Harris County Public Service Program global project that is supported by the Barrett Youth Enrichment Summer Camp 2025 public service project activity.
On September 19, 2024, Commissioners Court approved an Agreement between Harris County and Harris County Precinct 3 for Barrett Youth Enrichment Summer Camp 2025 funded with $60,000 in CDBG funds for the provision of summer enrichment activities, such as math and literacy education, nature exposure, healthy lifestyle and physical activities, field trips and leadership trainings to eligible children, which expired on September 30, 2025.
The First Amendment will update Exhibit A, Scope of Services, and Exhibit B, Budget, to reflect actual services and costs and allows reimbursement to Harris County Precinct 3 for the period of June 1, 2025, through September 30, 2...
