Background and Discussion:
This project includes design and construction of trail replacement to existing trails along Bear Creek U102-00-00 within Harris County Municipal Utility District #167 in addition to new sidewalks along Greenhouse Road and Keith Harrow Boulevard. The project aims to restore trails initially constructed by the district but subsequently damaged during post-Hurricane Harvey channel widening.
