Background and Discussion:
Harris County Precinct 4's Hockley Area requires the services of an external vendor to provide mowing and other related maintenance activities for road Right-of-Way maintained by Harris County. The contract is being closed at the request of the Precinct, and in accordance with the recommendation of Harris County Office of the County Engineer.
