Background and Discussion:
In response to the destruction wrought by Hurricane Harvey that underscored critical shortages in Harris County's inventory of affordable homes, Harris County's Single Family New Construction Program (SFNC) matches individuals and families with opportunities to purchase new affordable homes in growing development throughout the County. This change allows for the construction of infrastructure such as water, sanity, drainage and some landscape features.
Change order includes the following items:
PCO-7: The addition of fill dirt to build up site to proposed elevations. Adding $97,800.00 and 150 days.
PCO-8: Cost to relocate existing 16" waterline for NHCRWA. Adding $101,742.76 and 200 days.
