Background and Discussion:
The project consists of the construction of a 10 feet wide trail and single span, prefabricated pedestrian bridge spanning Carpenters Bayou. Limits of the project are from Flintcrest Drive to Aguirre Middle School.

Per engineer of record direction, the inlet top must be adjusted to match ramp landing and sidewalk grades, with a culvert installed to maintain drainage flow. This correction is required under TDLR specifications to eliminate safety hazards. This change will add an additional cost of $10,309.91 and an additional 3 days.

Expected Impact:
Increase the total cost for the contract and add additional days to the contract time....
