Background and Discussion:
The fourth annual event runs from 7:30 am - 8:30 am on 10/25/2025. Veronica Castro, President, and Kim Stanley, Committee Member, will be hosting the event. The fundraiser proceeds will go towards the La Porte High School graduation class of 2026 to ensure a safe and memorable graduation celebration. The event will take place at Sylvan Beach Park and the neighborhood that is parallel to the park.
Expected Impact:
Expecting 200 guests. Setup begins at 5:00 am - 7:30 am on 10/25/2025 with breakdown by 9:30 am on 10/25/2025. Property use will include Sylvan Beach Park, the parking lots, the sidewalks, and the beachfront area. Canopies, banners, signs, and booths will be set up at the park. EMS and security services will be provided by the City of La Porte.
