Background and Discussion:
This project was advertised in August of 2025, and RDLR Architects, Inc was selected based on their qualifications. A building assessment was conducted in 2024, which identified significant code deficiencies, with demolition and rebuild determined to be the most effective solution. The project will relocate operations to temporary facilities, demolish the existing structure, and construct a new code-compliant facility.
