Transmittal by the Office of the Purchasing Agent of a renewal option with Diamond Drugs, Inc. d/b/a Diamond Pharmacy Services for pharmaceutical dispensing for institutionalized persons of Harris County for the period of October 1, 2025 - September 30, 2026, at a cost of $1,700,000 (220232), Justification for 0% MWDBE Participation Goal: 0% - Specialized, Technical, or Unique in Nature.
Harris County Community Supervision and Corrections Department (CSCD) and Juvenile Probation Department (JPD) have agreed to renew the contract for Pharmaceutical Dispensing for Institutionalized Persons of Harris County and exercise the second of four one-year renewal options.

CSCD and JPD will be able to continue to provide pharmaceutical dispensing services to institutionalized persons in need.
