Background and Discussion:
This is a request to authorize negotiation for an agreement that will provide final design, bidding and construction phase services for G103-38-00-E001 Kingwood Diversion Ditch channel conveyance improvements. The project area is located in the northeastern part of Harris County bordering Montgomery County. The project begins upstream of the confluence of Bens Branch (G103-33-00) and the Kingwood Diversion Ditch ( G103-38-00) and ends downstream to the outfall into West Fork San Jacinto River (G103-00-00).
