August 13, 2024, Harris County entered into a Personal Services Agreement with UFacilitate, LLC to provide facilitation, technical assistance, and training services to the Jail and Community Safety Infrastructure Governance Advisory Council (JGAC). Due to the vendor's inability to fulfill its contractual obligations, the agreement is being formally terminated, effective September 19, 2025.
