Background and Discussion:
Precinct 3 will utilize this Community Project Funding grant to reconstruct two distinct locations in far east Harris County - Mobile Homes Parkland and Patiowoods. The proposed scope of work occurs within an existing right-of-way. The Patiowoods scope of work reconstructs approximately 1,750 feet of failing, substandard concrete pavement with a concrete curb and gutter roadway with storm sewer.
