Background and Discussion:
Infrastructure development is needed to re-construct and expand from open ditch to concrete pavement with underground drainage, sidewalks and intersection upgrades to support economic growth, improve traffic flow, and promote safer, more efficient transportation routes for the community's overall well-being.

This project will also improve mobility, drainage and safety.
