Request by the Harris County Sports & Convention Corporation (HCSCC) that the Court authorize the Office of Management and Budget to reimburse HCSCC $65,643 for renewal of Flood Insurance policies, in effect from 2025-2026, and an insurance required valuation study for Harris County owned facilities at NRG Park.

Background and Discussion:
Each year HCSCC, in conjunction with the Harris County Office of Human Resources and Risk Management, procures and pays flood insurance policies necessary for NRG Park followed by reimbursement from Harris County. NRG Park is a Harris County owned facility. This annual process was previously considered by the Court on October 8, 2024. On October 8, 2019 (Item 22c), the Court passed reimbursement for the previous asset valuation study. There is budget available in NRG Park Property Insurance for this study.
