Background and Discussion:
Harris County Commissioners Court previously approved the Annual Action Plans (AAP). The Annual Action Plans, which are a consolidation of the Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG). The following HOME Funded projects are being amended:
2018 HOME Funding:
* Project 2024-008 Harris County Single Family Housing Program - obligate $635,856.28 in PY2018 HOME funds. Total project Entitlement funding, including previously awarded amounts, will be $7,534,353.49
2019-2022 CDBG and CDBG Program Income:
* Project 2024-011 Harris County Multi-Family Housing Development Program - deobligate $3,486,200.00 in CDBG Program Income funds. Total project Entitlement funding, including previously awarded amounts, will be $2,879,600.00.
* Project 2024-005 Harris County Public Facilities and Improvements Program - deobligate $556,537.85 in CDBG prior year funds (PY20: $20,787.58, PY21: $127,050.00, PY22: $408,700.27). Total project Entitlement funding, including previously awarded amounts, will be $5,890,124.35.
