Background and Discussion:
CenterPoint Energy Resources Corp (CenterPoint Gas) is requesting for the Flood Control District to seek authorization from the Harris County Commissioners Court to pay the additional amount of $74,192.51 that exceeded the estimated cost of $337,015.76 as shown in the original agreement.
