Background and Discussion:
On August 19, 2025, the County issued $265,940,000 PIB Ref Bonds, Series to refund and defease all or a portion of PIB Ref Bonds, Series 2015A and Series 2015B for savings and to refund CP Notes, Series D, D-2 and D-3 to restore CP capacity. The refunding of bonds generated NPV savings of $10.9M.
