On August 19, 2025, the County issued $233,645,000 Road Ref Bonds, Series 2025A to refund and defease all or a portion of Road Ref Bonds, Series 2015A for savings and to refund CP, Series C to restore its capacity. The refunding of bonds generated NPV savings of $10.9M.
