Background and Discussion: Request for approval of a contract award on the basis of low bid to SER Construction Partners, LLC in the amount of $16,291,799.94 for Treaschwig Road A (Phase 2) - from west of Cypress Creek to 1,000 feet east of Birnam Wood Boulevard - 2014 for Harris County Precinct 3, subject to applicable bonds to be received (25/0216), MWDBE Contracted Goal: 36%.
