Background and Discussion:
On July 20, 2021 Harris County approved a contract with Precision Task Group, Inc. to implement a 3-1-1
constituent relationship management solution. Harris County Universal Services is now requesting approval of
an eighth amendment. The County will not appropriate additional funds to pay for Services performed under this amendment. Vendor shall be paid for these Services from previously appropriated funds.
Expected Impact:
The eighth amendment will modify scope and settle the amount due to close-out Phase III of the project.
