Background and Discussion:
Request approval of a new agreement with U.S. Bank National Association for depository, comprehensive payables, custodial and merchant services for the Office of Management and Budget. A new agreement is required due to a lapse in services resulting from failure to process Renewal Option No. 1 prior to initial term expiration. The renewal option was on hold due to vendor delinquent tax status with Harris County.
