Background and Discussion:
This 2025 Ford Police Explorer will replace the 2022 Chevy Police SUV that was approved for donation in
Commissioners Court on January 31, 2023. The 2022 Ford Police SUV will be returned to the donor in
exchange for the 2025 Ford Police Explorer. This vehicle will be utilized by the Reserve employee donating
the vehicle to enhance the security in the downtown courthouse complex, patrol division and for various
other law enforcement functions.
