Background and Discussion:
The Contract consists of project work orders that will be issued to the Contract for execution. Project work orders will include general earthen and concrete repairs, for projects located in southern Harris County, Texas. Major emphasis of the project work order will be larger earthen slope failures and concrete channel lining repairs throughout the Flood Control District.
