On 1/23/25 Kitchell Contractors, Inc. was approved on the basis of highest overall evaluation for construction manager at risk for the construction of the Sheriff's Office swift water training facility located at 1731 Hugh Road, Houston, TX 77067.
Expected Impact:
This facility's construction is an effective measure to reduce financial and logistical processes for the county with approvals supporting In-Texas Travel and Training. As a result, staffing and funding currently supporting travel to another venue will be alleviated.
