Background and Discussion:
This request is a change order to the ongoing JCI-managed performance contract project at NRG Park. The HCFMO had adopted new fire code requirements during permitting that necessitate additional upgrades to the fire alarm systems that exceeded the initial base scope at both NRG Center and NRG Stadium.
Expected Impact: NRG Stadium and NRG Center will have a new Fire Alarm System that meets the recently adopted Fire Code.
