Background and Discussion:
This amendment will allow the Flood Control District to continue to lease office space from NW Crossing Management, LLC for up to two additional years starting 10/01/2025. Leasing this office space is required and necessary as Brookhollow Office does not have capacity for the personnel assigned to this location. Office space was initially leased at this location in 2019 when personnel growth exceeded the capacity of the Brookhollow office.
