Background and Discussion:
The Office of the County Engineer Harris County Engineering Department has recommended 9 disaster recovery projects to be funded by the CDBG-MIT grant valued at approximately $150,000,000. The 9 projects are ambitiously planned to be delivered over a 4 year period. To effectively deliver the projects within this accelerated timeframe, management resources are required, including external personnel for Program Management, Project Management (Design and Construction) and Construction inspection.
