Background and Discussion:
Cloverleaf Area Drainage Improvements Part 1 includes the installation of the box culvert along Nancy Rose and Hillsboro Street to the property line of the proposed detention basin site, including the box culvert plug and RCP plugs, cast in place/precast concrete inlet structures, ditch regrading and associated culvert and mailbox replacement work on Alderson Street, Force Street, Gainesville Street, Longview Street, and the north half of Barbara Mae Street, Cloverleaf Street, Nancy Rose Street and Manor Street as indicated on the plans designated as Part 1 work. The purpose of this transmittal is to submit the Certificate of Substantial Completion, confirming that the Contractor has fulfilled the scope of work and resolved all punch list items to the satisfaction of the Flood Control District.
