Background and Discussion:
When DA Sean Teare took office, there were obstacles to overcome to achieve improvements. In order to quickly remove those obstacles and effectuate improvements, consultants were engaged to assist with the administration's transition and to engage offices at the local and state legislative levels.
Expected Impact:
The contract with SK Strategic Consulting, LLC, was a short-term contract to assist with the initial phases planned by the new District Attorney and his administration, with no expectation of renewal.
