Background and Discussion:
Harris County Commissioners Court previously approved the Annual Action Plans (AAP). The Annual Action Plans, which are a consolidation of the Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG). The following HOME Funded project are being amended:
2020 HOME Funding:
* Project 2020-033 HC CSD- Major Rehab/Reconstruction - de-obligate $298,723.09 in HOME PY2020 funds. Total project Entitlement funding, including previously awarded amounts, will be $425,221.91.
2021 HOME Funding:
* Project 2021-034 HC CSD- Downpayment Assistance Program - de-obligate $148,241.00 in HOME PY2021 Funds. Total project Entitlement funding, including previously awarded amounts, will be $341,777.67.
2024 CDBG Funding:
* Project 2024-011 Harris County Multi-Family Housing Development Program - de-obligate $2,279,721.08 in CDBG Prior Year funds (PY20: $160,960.99, PY21: $1,919,164.46, PY22: $150,596.27, PY23: $48,999.36). Total project Entitlement funding, including previously awarded amounts, will be $6,000,000.00.
