Request that the County Judge execute an agreement with Cypress Creek Friends of the Library d/b/a Barbara Bush Library Friends (BBLF) to provide all funding and painting services and materials for certain interior spaces necessary to complete a project at an HCPL facility in Spring, TX.

Background and Discussion: The Cypress Creek Friends of the Library d/b/a Barbara Bush Library Friends (BBLF) is set up and designed to enhance the County Library needs and will provide labor, painting supplies, support, and management of this Project. Neither the County nor HCPL will provide any funding for the Project.
Expected Impact: This Project provides the Barbara Bush Branch Library with more colors: sky blue on the entryway ceiling and ceiling above the circulation area; dark blue on the entryway and wall behind the circulation desk and column; and lime green on the wall adjacent to the circulation desk.
Alternative Options: The County would have to pay instead of accepting Barbara Bush Library Friends' (BBLF) full funding of the Project and then hire and pay for labor and materials to complete the Project at the Barbara Bush Branch Library.
