Background and Discussion:
Caldwell (developer) donated a 30' drainage easement to MUD 500. According to an agreement between the developer, MUD, and HC, the County will first construct Mound Rd, including a temporary plastic outfall, while TxDOT finalizes their design for US 290 at Greenhouse project. TxDOT requested to replace the plastic pipe and install an RCP to meet Greenhouse and Mound Rd drainage requirements and take ownership of the easement and maintenance responsibilities.
