This request is for the first amendment with The OhSo Wellness Company, LLC dba The Wright Doula, to correct the organization's legal name for Doula Services for ACCESS and Community Health and Wellness Services (CHW) for Harris County Public Health Services. This contract was awarded to help reduce the incidents of black and brown maternal pregnancy-related deaths and the overall severe maternal morbidity in Harris County.
