Project Description:
Harris County Precinct 4 is moving forward with a project at the Katy Service Center to plan, design, and construct a new facility. This new building is intended to support the growing maintenance needs of the Precinct and enhance health and safety conditions for staff. The previous facility was lost due to a fire, and this new project will significantly improve operational efficiency and strengthen the County's ability to respond to emergencies and maintenance requests. The new facility will be part of the Precinct 4 Road and Bridge team, as well as providing office spaces for several Precinct 5 Constables.
