Background and Discussion:
Each year HCSCC, in conjunction with the Harris County Office of Human Resources and Risk Management, procures and pays property insurance policies necessary for NRG Park followed by reimbursement from Harris County. NRG Park is a Harris County owned facility. This annual process was previously considered by the Court on June 4, 2024.
