Background and Discussion:
Precinct 3 is seeking a term contract with a vendor to provide all labor, services, and incidental material necessary for scheduled repairs and maintenance as well as non-scheduled repair of water, wastewater and lift stations and water wells at various system-wide locations to include coverage from the source to the termination point of the county system where it either ends or joins with a utility system. In addition, the vendor will be required to perform all non-emergency repairs, as well as emergency repairs.
