Background and Discussion:
The Harris County Housing Authority had partnered with Rubicund LLC, Anchoring Hopes Wellness Recovery Institute dba Anchoring Hopes, and Rids Brothers Company INC, have been providing Supplemental Non-Metered Transportation for Harris County RIDES and Non-Emergency Medical Programs for the Harris County Housing and Community Development Department.
