Background and Discussion:
Request by the Office of Purchasing Agent for approval of the first renewal option with Berlitz Languages, Inc. As the most populous county in Texas and the third most populous in the United States, Harris County-anchored by the international city of Houston-is home to more than 100 ethnic groups and cultures.
